This power plant, with a capacity of 648 MW, began operations in 2010, and its gas section ‎is currently in operation. In the future, we intend to complete the combined-cycle configuration. For this purpose, two steam ‎units with an approximate capacity of 125 megawatts will be constructed, and the capacity of the ‎existing gas turbines will also be upgraded. This renovation project will increase the nominal ‎capacity of the power plant to over 898 megawatts. These measures demonstrate our efforts to increase sustainable electricity production in line with the UN’s sustainable ‎development goals and reduce environmental pollution, which can create opportunities in this field‏.‏
